Ajax has announced the Signing of Kudus Mohammed and presented to him the Jersey number 20 of their former key player.

Ajax has announced the signing of Ghanaian multifunctional midfielder Kudus Mohammed from Nordjaelland F.C on a fee reportedly around €9 million for 5 years which will come to an end on 25 of June 2025.

The 19 year old Ghanaian hotshot is one of the promising young talent in the world now and his potential came into the limelight when nominated for Golden Boy awards in 2019/2020 competing with the likes of Erling haarland, Eric Garzia and more .

Kudus Mohammed has proven to be a great prospect in the Danish league by completing the most dribbles and averaging 4.8 per match. His signing for Ajax F.C will see the latter starting his “Kudus Dream” journey in the Netherlands and bids F.C Norsjaelland a good bye.

“I would have liked to have left FCN [FC Nordsjaelland], the club’s fans and my teammates with European football to look forward to next season, and it is a disappointment to me that it did not succeed, but I feel that after all, I got a footprint, and everyone in the club must know that you have left a big imprint on my heart that I will always have with me,” the attacker told his former club’s official website.

Mohammed Kudus will be taking the Jersey number 20 at Ajax which Hakim Ziyech left blank after he signed for Chelsea this summer. This indicates how high the player is rated and Ajax aithfuls will expecting him to fill in the shoes that their key man left void.
